This is your chance to show off your talent at the OPEN PYKE MIC. sor made three unique beats to accompany your performance! 30 artists will get the chance to perform at the OPEN PYKE MIC, the winner wins a kick-start to his or her career worth 15K!

sor made the beats and they are genius! sor is a rapper, producer, and writer. He started his musical career as part of rapper-collective Black Acid. sor is also known as a solo artist and did a dope session with Zwangere Guy at the PYKE MIC with his songs ‘Fan’ and ‘Mijn Natie’.

How does it work?
You’ve signed up. Now what?
Noah’s Ark, Sticks and PYKE will listen and evaluate all creations. 30 participants will be selected to join the OPEN PYKE MIC. We travel through the Netherlands and make a pit stop in three cities: Amsterdam, Tilburg, and Zwolle. We invite the 30 artists to perform on the beat made by sor, in 1 of the 3 cities. All participants will have 60 seconds to perform, it will be recorded by Since’88 at cool locations.
The performances of the 30 selected artists will then be promoted on the PYKE socials. Based on the votes of the online audience and the input of Sticks, a winner will be announced in June 2021 who will go home with the prize worth 15K and can immediately start working on his or her unique release!
